Sophos Endpoint is the antivirus we have installed and running in the background of all of our COE computers. It works to prevent and remove harmful files automatically in the background. However, there are times that viruses or other harmful files make it on to our machines. In these cases it may be necessary to use some of the more heavy duty features of Sophos.Â
